If you have decided to lose weight this spring, then you might want to consider the Ketogenic diet. The diet has been around for a long time and was once used to treat patients with epileptic or seizure problems, especially among young kids. Nowadays, the diet has lost its popularity with the advent of prescription drugs that treat the health problem. The diet however is used by many dieters around the world because of its efficacy and although diets have its side effects, knowing about the diet and following the rules can help one lose weight without compromising their overall health. Beginners especially should have a brief overview of the diet and the meal plan to help them make an informed decision should they decide to do the diet on their own. As always, those with health problems should consult their medical health provider so that they can help patients to adjust to the meal plan or to monitor them to ensure that the ketogenic therapy will not affect their health.visit www.thinkketo.com for more details
3 Types of Ketogenic Diets-Ketogenic diet is a high fat low carbohydrate diet with adequate protein thrown in the meal. It is further divided into three types and depending on one’s daily calorie needs, the percentage differs. Diets are often prepared on a ratio level such as 4:1 or 2:1 with the first number indicating the total fat amount in the diet compared to the protein and carbohydrate combined in each meal.
Standard – SKD, the first diet is the Standard or the SKD and is designed for individuals who are not active or lead a sedentary lifestyle. The meal plan limits the dieter to eat a net of 20-50 grams of carbohydrates. Fruits or vegetables that are starchy are restricted from the diet. In order for the diet to be effective, one must strictly follow the meal plan. Butter, vegetable oil and heavy creams are used heavily to replace carbohydrates in the diet.
Targeted – TKD, the TKD is less strict than the SKD and allows one to consume carbohydrates though only in a certain portion or amount which will not impact the ketosis that one is currently in. The TKD diet helps dieters that perform some level of exercise or workout.
Cyclical – CKD, the CKD is preferable for those who are into weight training or do intensive exercises and not for beginners as it requires the person undergoing the diet to stick to a SKD meal plan for the five days in a week’s time and eating/loading up on carbohydrates on the next two days. It is important that dieters follow the strict regimen to ensure that their diet is successful. These are just a brief overview of the ketogenic diet and hopefully would help one decide if they are interested in the diet. For an in-depth discussion of the benefit and effects of the diet plan, it is best to consult your medical health provider.
The demand for liposuction shows no sign of dwindling, even in a recession. In an age where obesity is a major concern in the western world, Plastic Surgeons are very busy removing litres and litres of unwanted fat. This demand looks set to continue for years to come until we eventually get a grip of the western diet and wake up to the obesity epidemic that is gripping the west. In my thirty years in the cosmetic surgery industry, liposuction has had a mixed press it has to be said. ดูดไขมัน.
The issue was always achieving a balance of the correct quantity of fat removed and a good contoured shape. Unfortunately, in many cases too little or too much fat was taken resulting in bumpy, uneven results which Patients didn’t like. Over the past ten years or so, modern liposuction equipment has improved and results are getting better all of the time. Recently there has been further innovation in the fat removal world with the introduction of a new machine called “vaser”.
Vaser liposuction claims to remove unwanted fat but in a gentler and more precise way. The idea behind vaser is that the surgeon has greater control over the quantity of fat that is removed and the exact location. Vaser also breaks the fat down without the usual trauma associated with traditional liposuction. This gentler method means less bruising and swelling and a faster recovery.
In modern Plastic Surgery, patients are indeed demanding fast results and fast recovery. Everyone leads such busy lives these days and weeks and weeks off work are no longer an option in the modern age.
No wonder then that vaser liposuction seems to have caught the publics imagination. At present it seems that there are not quite enough Doctors to meet current demand. This is especially true in London where some clinics actually have waiting lists. Good vaser doctors are in high demand and especially for so called ” high definition” procedures such as the male six pack.
For most of us a six pack is probably very wishful thinking, but with vaser lipo it is possible to have fat removed and your shape improved on a Friday and be back in work on the Monday. Indeed vaser lipo doctors report that Friday is their most requested day. Patients have time to recover at the weekend without having to take any holiday days from work.
Of course, this is not a treatment without any side effects. You must expect some bruising and swelling after a vaser lipo operation. The amount depends somewhat on the size of the area to be treated and your own reaction to the surgery. It is wise to take at least a couple of days off to give yourself a little time to recover.
Vaser liposuction is not an excuse for a good diet. After the surgery you will still need to watch what you eat. Many Patients have asked me if they can put the fat back on after surgery. The answer to this question is yes. If you gorge on food and drink after a vaser liposuction operation you will get fatter. This is the case for any liposuction procedure.
Commercial smoothie makers are pretty common appliances in most bars and commercial establishments. In the past, blenders were used for the same purpose but who likes lumpy fruit and badly crushed ice in a drink that you merely want to drink gulp after healthy gulp? They say necessity is the mother of invention. The need to create flawlessly smooth textured well blended fruit and vegetable drinks is what brought about the invention of the smoothie maker. Regular sized smoothie makers are perfect for usage at home, when all you want to make is a few glasses at a time. In the business world, commercial smoothie makers are a critical item in the kitchen or at the bar.
Lots of durable blenders
Durable commercial smoothie makers are the preferred equipment when it comes to commercial establishments. The most important thing to look for is a smoothie maker that is able to cut through chunks of ice cubes in their solid form. Regular models can only process ice that is already pre-crushed. There are many manufacturers of commercial smoothie makers that are a top choice. Hamilton Beach, and Blendtec are excellent brands to name a few. Bar Maid also have some fantastic commercial smoothie makers that are above your average blender. mixér na smoothie
Save Money by buying the Best Blender
As far as the pricing aspect for commercial smoothie makers go, the basic ones can be bought for approximately $200 whereas the best quality ones can go as high as $1,000. Since these smoothie makers are made in a way that they almost seem indestructible, chances are that you will be making a good investment that will last for years and years. There are slight differences in commercial smoothie makers that fall in various price ranges. The cheaper ones do not have a durable cover are made of polycarbonate. The nearly indestructible cover sits on top of commercial smoothie makers and reduces the noise that is produced while blending and crushing the ice. Since most of these devices function with a high RPM rate and are therefore, noisy, this is a sharp and sensible idea.
